NGT gives go ahead to reopen Sterlite TN plant

A bench headed by NGT chairperson A K Goel directed the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board (TNPCB) to issue a fresh order of "renewal of consent" and authorization to handle "hazardous substances", subject to appropriate conditions for environmental protection, within three weeks from Saturday.
