On eve of Niti Aayog meet, CMs unite to take on PM Narendra Modi

Chief ministers from opposition-ruled states, who arrived in the capital on Saturday evening to attend the meeting of Niti Aayog governing council, are expected to use the visit to discuss issues with which they want to confront the Centre in the run-up to the 2019 Lok Sabha polls.
