Eye on polls, Congress to create mobile app database of 20cr

In an ambitious plan, Congress is set to create a mobile app-database of over 20 crore households and enlist one crore members nationally to manage election booths, the lowest rung of a constituency, ahead of the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
