Motorcyclist shot, wounded by possible Mongols Motorcycle Club member on WB 10 Fwy in El MonteAuthorities investigated a shooting that left a person wounded on the westbound 10 Freeway in El Monte Saturday, and the suspect may be a member of the Mongols Motorcycle Club.
